   No, A friend of mine, he does not mean “cutting off heads, flying innocent passengers into buildings, etc?”. He means protecting their civil rights. Which bodes well for you as well should you ever find yourself a minority in need of protection.

3. Since when do terrorists get coverage under the Geneva conventions?

   Since when do they get civil rights - when - with the exception of Jose Padilla and John Walker Lindh, they aren’t American citizens and were caught on the battlefield?

   Please cite where the United States affords non-citizens the protections of its citizens.

   We should do what France does - and lock them up and throw away the key.
