I have been around the block a few times, and I am also pretty well read on history–I was a history minor in college–but in all my life I have never seen anything as vile or evil to resemble the people running the Congress and the Senate right now." I guess you don't know that much about Stalin. I recommend Edvard Radzinsky's biography. A bit theatrical, but a great read.
