Hanging takes rope, another expense that is entirely uncalled for..not mention scaffold, paying someone to pull the latch. I have a satisfactory solution for everybody - Turn them over to the families of the victims. Even a grandma can get behind this one. Tie old 'doesn't deserve to live' in the backyard, yep right next to the little dog house and give him a water bowl, maybe toss a couple table scraps out once in a while. The only thing they can not do, it's against the law, is actually go out there one dark night and beat old 'ddtl' to death.:wink: Sounds fair to me. Let’s be fair now.
