					<description>Ruth Bader-Ginsburg didn't answer any questions on anything that may come before the court.  She actually did a great thing by not answering.  Now, anyone nominated has an easier time not answering questions that shouldn't be asked in the first place.</description>

					<description>A lot of people are complaining that they don't know how he plans to vote on big issues like abortion.  I think he took the right tack - not answering any questions.

I'm a little uneasy that he might bring the country further to the right, but there aren't many people more qualified than he is.

Perhaps when Republican Michael Steele wins the Sarbanes seat in the next election cycle, I'll have an actual representative in the US Senate. :mrgreen:</description>
