If anyone is guilty of a crime, they will not be given money. Bush was clear he would fire anyone convicted, but those only suspected can work for him. Likewise, the ACLU may defend those held indefinitely without charges under the USAPATRIOT Act, but not those actually convicted of terrorism. Follow the President's example.
